Achieving Independence through Supported Decision-Making



Is your child turning 18 soon? Do you have questions about alternative to guardianship? Are you looking for a way to help your adult child with a disability become more independent? This presentation is for you!

During this session you will learn about Supported Decision-Making, which allows people with disabilities to keep their rights and make their own decisions with the help of people they trust.
