Life for Adults on Zoom

This is a new life skills based activity group that will meet virtually on Zoom. Adult constituents will have the opportunity to learn and develop various life skills through live step by step instruction and visual supports. A weekly challenge activity will be available for participants to practice skills at home. 

This group is for registered UM-NSU CARD adult constituents 18 years or older who are out of high school. 

First Tuesdays of every month from 6:00 - 7:30pm

  • September 1st - Nutrition Basics & Grocery Shopping
  • October 6th - Making a Healthy Smoothie & Snack
  • November 3rd - Making an Easy Lunch
  • December 1st - Clean Up & Meal Planning

Phone screening is required.
