Transition & Adult Social Skills Training Series

Join The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation Transition and Adult team for our Spring Social Skills Training Series.This training series is presented by PEERS certified trainers and will be an introduction to social skills.

This training series is for registered UM-NSU CARD adult constituents 18 years old or older and out of high school. Adult participants are highly encouraged to attend sessions 1-3, each training will build on the next. Session 4 provides parents and family members tips on supporting your adult for success with social skills.

This Spring from 5:30pm to 7:00pm

  • Adult Session 1 - February 10th - Trading Information and Starting a Conversation
  • Adult Session 2 - March 10th - Maintaining/Ending Conversations and Handling Disagreements
  • Adult Session 3 - April 14th - Handling Feedback and Finding a Friend Group
  • Family Session 4 - May 12th - Supporting your Adult for Success with Social Skills
